2. How to Return an Item

  • To begin the return process, contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please provide your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos if applicable.

  • Our team will guide you step-by-step through the return procedure.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  • For returns due to any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or as store credit, based on your preference.

5. Exchanges

  • Prefer an exchange instead of a refund? No problem!
    Let us know, and we’ll help you find a suitable replacement (subject to availability).

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We'll arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund as quickly as possible.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

    • Clearance or sale items
