1. What products do you sell?

2. How can I place an order?
Browse our website, select the products you'd like to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Simply follow the steps to enter your shipping information and choose your preferred payment method.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Pakistan. You can pay for your order when it arrives at your doorstep.

5. How long does delivery take?

Major Cities: 4 to 5 business days

Remote Areas: 5 to 10 business days
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually processed and dispatched the same day. Orders after this time will be dispatched on the next business day.
6. What are your shipping charges?
We charge a flat rate of PKR 250 for all standard orders. In rare cases of oversized or heavy products, additional charges may apply—you’ll be informed before checkout.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can request changes or cancellation before your order is processed or dispatched. Once it has shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
8. How do I track my order?
After dispatch, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your order via the assigned courier.
9. What is your return policy?
If you're not satisfied or received a damaged/incorrect item, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please see our Return Policy page for full details.
10. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact our Customer Care team to initiate an exchange.
